Questions, answered.
Everything councils, faculty and students ask before switching to Fensta.
How does approval work?
A host (council, club or faculty) submits an event proposal. The assigned faculty reviews the details, budget and schedule on their dashboard and can approve, request changes, or reject — all digitally, with a full audit trail.
Can students host events?
Yes. Student councils and clubs create events, but they publish only after faculty approval — keeping every campus event trustworthy without slowing anyone down.
How are certificates generated?
Once attendance is captured via QR, Fensta auto-generates verifiable digital certificates for every attendee, volunteer and organizer. Each certificate has a unique ID and shareable link.
Is QR attendance secure?
Each ticket carries a rotating signed QR unique to the registration. Scans are validated server-side to prevent duplicates or spoofing, and organizers see a live headcount.
Can multiple clubs use Fensta?
Absolutely. Fensta supports unlimited clubs, councils and departments under one campus — each with its own workspace, roles and permissions.
Will Fensta scale beyond CMR University?
Yes. Fensta is architected as a multi-tenant platform. Any university, college or private organizer can onboard with isolated data and custom branding.
Do faculty need to install anything?
No. Fensta is fully web-based and mobile-responsive. Approve proposals or download reports from any device.
Is student data private?
Yes. Data is scoped to your campus tenant, protected with role-based access, and never sold. Students control what appears on their public achievement profile.
